21-Day Yoga Pledge

Our first 21-day yoga pledge came to a close on February 21st!  For those who participated, thank you for doing some form of yoga every day for 21 days. We embarked upon a yoga journey of creating a higher quality of life together.  Whether we’re taking baby steps or giant steps, we are all growing together.  We hope this pledge showed you how yoga can fit into your life and that you continue to benefit from it.

We will start a new pledge for your continued practice, and for others to join in the near future. Please join our mailing list to be notified when we begin!
